Chicago's Cook County Sheriff = Mr. Tom Dart who like many other people in Illinois' government are being forced to trim their anual budget due to the states HUGE and I mean HUGE deficit. On a personal note: about time and thank you Mrs. Preckwinkle for having the pair to step to the plate and clean some shit up. Anyway Tom Dart is choosing to cut the Anti-Graffiti unit A.K.A. Graffiti Blasters due to state budget cuts. As a Graffiti enthusiast this puts a little smile on me face. :) LET THAT SHIT ROCK!
